Details: · 21 days ago I guess it's a similar situation to vampires in the sun. Vampires regen rate in the sun is not technically 0% it's your available regen rate minus 100% (regular regen rate). Now if you get enchantments like "increase regenerate by 125% you still regen as a vampire. I don't know if it's the same but j would guess.
